Release site assessment tool

The form will ask a series of questions and accept the relevant koala reference number and proposed release site location.

Based on your responses to the questions, you will be prompted to identify the most appropriate release site.

Once an appropriate release site is identified, you can add your email address, and you will be sent a copy of the assessment for your records.

In circumstances where no suitable release site can be identified through this process, the department may advise of a suitable release site.

Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
